When you tap a payment button, your own bank will ask you to approve the payment — usually a push notification in your banking app or an SMS code. This extra step is a security feature, not a problem: no payment can leave your card without your explicit approval.

International payments to Turkey often trigger your bank’s automatic fraud protection — especially on the first attempt. This is your bank protecting you; nothing is wrong with your card or our system. Here’s the fix:
1. Check your phone first — approve the 3D Secure push notification or enter the SMS code your bank just sent.
2. No prompt and still declined? Open your banking app and approve/unblock international payments (or the flagged “Turkey” transaction), or tap the number on the back of your card — telling your bank “yes, this payment to NewMe Health Clinic is me” takes under two minutes.
3. Try again — the payment nearly always goes straight through once your bank has your OK. A different card also works.

1 · Assessment & quote: Your free assessment is completed and your coordinator confirms your package price and available dates in writing.
2 · Pay your deposit: Choose your treatment group above and pay securely by card in your currency. You receive instant confirmation by e-mail.
3 · Date locked: Your surgery date, surgeon and package price are reserved. Your coordinator sends your pre-travel checklist the same day.

Frequently asked questions
Is the deposit an extra cost on top of my package?
No. Your deposit is deducted in full from your total package price. It simply converts your quote into a confirmed reservation.
Can I change my surgery date after paying?
Yes — once, free of charge, with at least 30 days’ notice before your arrival. Your deposit transfers to the new date in full. See our Deposit Terms for details.
What if the doctors decide surgery isn’t suitable for me?
Your deposit is not lost: it remains fully transferable as credit toward another suitable treatment or a future date (valid 12 months). Deposits are otherwise non-refundable — see our Deposit Terms.
Is my card payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by our licensed payment provider over an encrypted connection with 3-D Secure verification. NewMe never sees or stores your card details.
