MAKE IT STICK
How to use your tracker (so it actually works)
✓ Weigh in once a week, same conditions: Same day, same time, same clothes — ideally first thing in the morning. Daily weighing shows water noise, not fat loss, and demotivates.
✓ Write it down immediately: The tracker on your fridge beats the app you forget to open. The physical act of writing your number builds accountability.
✓ Track more than the scale: Use the notes area for non-scale victories — looser jeans, more energy, better sleep. Plateaus on the scale rarely mean nothing is happening.

QUICK QUESTIONS
Tracker FAQs
Are these trackers really free?
Yes — completely free, no e-mail address, no sign-up. Download, print and start. They’re our small contribution to your journey, wherever it takes you.
Which tracker should I choose?
Starting a diet or a 3-month push? Take the 12-Week. Recovering from bariatric surgery or aiming for a big transformation? The 42-Week shows your whole journey on one page. Motivated by treats and milestones? The Rewards tracker turns every few pounds into a celebration.
What size should I print them at?
Standard A4, portrait. Black-and-white printing works fine — though they look nicer in colour on the fridge.
Tracking is step one. What’s step two?
If your BMI is 30+ and the scale won’t move despite your best efforts, a free assessment tells you honestly whether medical weight-loss options are right for you. No pressure, no obligation.
